The El Premio Commercial Block was designed as a vibrant commercial complex that combines modern style with practical business functionality. Featuring a sleek glass façade, the building allows abundant natural light while presenting a contemporary and professional image to tenants and visitors.
Our scope covered civil, MEP, architectural, and infrastructure works, alongside aluminium and glass fabrication for a seamless finish. The result is a functional yet stylish commercial block that supports business growth and enriches the urban environment in Deltamas.
Grand Megumi in Lippo Cikarang is a 36-bay golf driving range designed as a lifestyle destination that combines recreation with dining. The facility integrates a spacious driving range, office space, and two restaurants offering Indonesian and Japanese cuisine.
Key architectural highlights include natural wood Joglo-style ceilings and copper lighting fixtures, creating a warm and elegant ambiance that pays homage to traditional design while delivering a modern recreational experience.
